We collect and display publicly available product, pricing, and deal information from licensed Michigan dispensaries. We also provide Photi, an AI-powered chat assistant to help adults navigate cannabis products. This site is operated as an independent information resource and is not affiliated with any dispensary.

This site is intended for adults aged 21 and older in the state of Michigan. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age.

We do not require account creation or login to use this site. We collect:

• Photi session data: When you interact with the Photi AI assistant, your conversation messages and the personality archetype you select are stored in our database (Supabase). This session data is anonymous — we do not collect your name, email, or any identifying information as part of a Photi conversation.
• User personas: Your selected Photi archetype (e.g., a preference profile) is stored as a session record associated with an anonymous session identifier.
• IP address: Your IP address may be logged by our hosting provider (Vercel) as part of standard server logging. We do not use IP addresses to identify you personally.
• Usage data: Standard analytics data (pages visited, time on site, browser type) may be collected via analytics tools. This data is aggregated and anonymous.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment information. No user accounts are required.

• To provide personalized cannabis product recommendations through Photi.
• To remember your Photi archetype selection within a session.
• To improve the accuracy and relevance of Photi's responses.
• To understand how visitors use the site in aggregate (not individually).

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Product, pricing, and deal information displayed on this site is scraped from publicly available dispensary websites and menus. We do not collect data from dispensary customers and we have no affiliation with the dispensaries listed.

Adult-use cannabis is legal in Michigan under the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act (MRTMA). This site is operated in compliance with Michigan law. We do not encourage unlawful use of cannabis and this site is restricted to adults 21+.

We do not collect or transmit information about your cannabis purchases or activities to any government or law enforcement entity.

This site may use browser local storage or session cookies to remember your Photi archetype selection and maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Anonymous Photi session data is retained for a reasonable period to support service improvements. Because session data is not tied to any identifiable person, individual deletion requests cannot be processed against anonymous records. If you have a concern, contact us at the address below.

Because we do not collect personally identifiable information in most cases, traditional data subject rights (access, correction, deletion) have limited applicability. If you believe we have collected information that identifies you, please contact us and we will investigate and respond promptly.
